Calm seas, with a nice fleet turnout, highlighted this weeks Cat Fight in The North Sea. With a fresh breeze of 18 knots out of the southwest, blowing from of the northwest during the second race, The North Sea regions were well behaved as no DNFs (Did Not Finish) were recorded on the day. The crowds that gathered on the beaches of the islands in the Ziziphus, and Genip regions, and along the Poseidon Centre Spectator Pier and small race dock in the Eden Jakana region, cheered on the frantic fleet-foiled feline fervor on display from this weeks skippers. This weeks fleet, sailing on the North Sea Manta Reverse and North Sea Cat Fight 03 courses, was made up of a majority of four The Mesh Shop (TMS) Flying Shadows. One TMS Nacra 17 rounded out this weeks catamaran fleet.

Calm seas, with a nice fleet turnout, highlighted this weeks Cat Fight in The North Sea. With a fresh breeze of 18 knots out of the southwest, blowing from of the southeast during the second race, The North Sea regions were well behaved as one DNF (Did Not Finish) was recorded on the day. The lone DNF, recorded during the first race, came when a skippers net connection quit on her. The crowds that gathered on the beaches of the islands in the Ziziphus, and Genip regions, and along the Poseidon Centre Spectator Pier and small race dock in the Eden Jakana region, delighted in the electric fleet-foiled feline fire on display from this weeks skippers. This weeks fleet, sailing on the North Sea Trapezoid and North Sea Cat Fight 02 courses, was made up of seven The Mesh Shop (TMS) Flying Shadows, three sailing crewed and four single-handed respectively. For the second race, a skipper jumped on as crew with another skipper, making four crewed Flying Shadows, and only two single-handed.

The first DNF, occurring during the second race, was from a skipper crashing as he crossed over region borders. The second DNF, also occurring during the second race, was from a skipper pulling her boat after frustration from getting lost. The third and final DNF, also occurring during the second race, was from a skipper pulling her boat after frustration from a navigation error. The crowds that gathered at the islands in the Ziziphus, Genip, and Citrus regions, and along the Poseidon Centre Spectator Pier and small race dock in the Eden Jakana region, indulged in the fresh fleet-foiled feline fun on display from this weeks skippers. This weeks fleet, sailing on the North Sea Copacabana Reverse and the North Sea Hay courses, was made up of a majority of nine The Mesh Shop (TMS) Flying Shadows, seven sailing single-handed and two crewed respectively. The crowds that gathered on the shores of the islands in the Ziziphus and Genip regions, and along the Poseidon Centre Spectator Pier and small race dock in the Eden Jakana region, relished the charged fleet-foiled feline force on display from this weeks skippers. This weeks fleet, sailing on the North Sea Bowline and the North Sea Bowline Reverse courses, was made up of a majority of six The Mesh Shop (TMS) Flying Shadows, five sailing single-handed and one crewed respectively. The second DNF, also recorded during the first race, was from a skipper pulling her boat after her boat’s scripts started to produce errors. The crowds that assembled on the lighthouse observation deck on the island in the Ziziphus region, and along the Poseidon Centre Spectator Pier and small race dock in the Eden Jakana region, indulged in the fresh fleet-foiled feline fun on display from this weeks skippers. This weeks fleet, sailing on the North Sea Triple Pink and the North Sea Copacabana Reverse courses, was made up of seven The Mesh Shop (TMS) Flying Shadows in the first race. The second race saw four single-handed Flying Shadows merge into two crewed boats, with another skipper switching to his TMS Nacra 17.

This weeks fleet, sailing on North Sea Olympic Course (Long) and the North Sea Extreme course, was made up of a majority of seven The Mesh Shop (TMS) Flying Shadows, six sailing single-handed and one sailing crewed respectively. One TMS Nacra 17 rounded out this weeks catamaran fleet in the first race. One Flying Shadow skipper opted to switch to his Nacra 17 for the second race.
