Crew Me IF you can…August 19

For this new edition of the the IF race we had 5 boats, each one with a 2 people crew.

Race 1

Rugg – Phil
Red – Mallorie
Alex – Kris
Fanny – Justin
Alice – Claire

North Sea Triple Pink – SW 15

Race line. Alice and Claire taking the lead at the start. The pack is just behind.

First mark. Alex turns first. Claire and Alice following closely. The rest if the pack is right behind. At this point the race is very open.

Fanny and Justin are now leading. Alex and his crew had some problems. The pack is still very close behind.

For a strange reason, Claire and Alice took the wrong side of the mark and had to turn around again. The other boat is I believe Rugg and Phil taking the opportunity.
