Bandit IF Regatta – Jan 15th 2022

15 Januari 2022 Races_002

The second bandit IF Regatta in 2022 had five Bandit IFs at the start and one of the IFs had crew on board. Today we sailed two routes, the first went through the west of the Fruit Islands and the second went through the south, also called the tropical area, of the Fruit Islands. The fleets had been stretched from the start. This made the races clear from the start.

There was one DNF (Did Not Finish) and no DSQs (Disqualified) through both races and it was another successful and sporty day in The North Sea.

Race Director: Daenerys
Assistant Race Directors: Red, and Cryptic

Wind: 190° (S) 18kts

Note:
Did Not Finish (DNF) = number of finish +1
Disqualified (DSQ) = number of finish + number of DNFs + 1
Did Not Start (DNS) = number of start +1

Today’s winners on the Bandit IF were Siri (Sirius Rosca), with Moonglownight (Moonglownight Resident) second, and Rugger (ruggeromare Resident) in third place.

Congratulations to all of you. Thank you to everyone who came to sail and spectate.
