This weeks North Sea Bandit IF Regatta took place on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in October. Today, the races were again held in Dragonfruit. This time we had a fleet of six Bandit IF’s at the start. One Bandit IF had crew on board. The North Sea and Fruit Island regions behaved well.
Today we would sail two races. The first race went over the North Sea and the second race went through the Isles of Fruit. The fleet would disperse across the North Sea halfway through the first race. In the second race, the fleet sailed two by two between the islands.
We had three DNFs (Did Not Finish) and no DSQs (Disqualified) through all races and it was another successful and sporting day in The North Sea.

Today’s winner was Julie (JulieRoyale Resident), with Siri (Sirius Rosca) second, and Red (RedHeadJo Resident) in third place. Congratulations to all of you. Thank you to everyone who came to sail and spectate.
