Saturday afternoon. It was a beautiful day for sailing. This time we had eight Bandit IFs, including three with crew. Before the start of the first west row, the first boat had to leave us, leaving us with seven boats. The first race went smoothly and the fleet stayed together for a long time. Halfway through the race in the middle of Eden, the fleet split up. The North Sea and Eden regions behaved very well.
In the second game, the fleet slowly disintegrated after the first mark. Also because there was a kind of chaos because a skipper at the mark almost missed. At the end of the race, the leaders were even more out of the rest of the fleet.
We had one DNF (Did Not Finish) and no DSQs (Disqualified) and it was another successful and sporty day in The North Sea.
More pictures after the results.
