Excellent sim sailing weather with a great fleet turnout highlighted this weeks North Sea Bandit Regatta. The regions of The North Sea behaved themselves well with no DNFs (Did Not Finish) or crashes had by any skipper on the day. The spectators on hand, gathered in the usual spots on the Poseidon Centre Spectator Pier, in the Eden Jakana region, and at the lighthouse on the island in the Ziziphus region, cheered on the skippers in both races as they took in some great racing. This weeks fleet, sailing on North Sea Olympic Course (Long) and the North Sea Trapezoid course, was divided evenly between six Bandit 25Rs and six Bandit IFs, five sailing with crew and one sailing single-handed respectively.

The fleet gets underway at the start of the second race of the North Sea Bandit Regatta on Monday, December 9th, 2019.
