A smaller fleet and mild sim sailing weather highlighted this weeks Cat Fight in The North Sea. Region crossings were smooth and lag was minimal as the regions of the North Sea and Fruit Islands behaved well for the frolicking foiling felines. There were two DNFs (Did Not Finish) on the day, one was due to the skipper pulling her boat after numerous capsizes while the other DNF was due to a skipper pulling his boat after his USB HUD failed. Spectators gathered not only on the Poseidon Centre Spectator Pier, but also next to it, with several yachts rezzed in a perfect spot to view both courses from. This weeks fleet was composed entirely of The Mesh Shop Flying Shadows, two single-handed and two crewed respectively.

The fleet gets underway at the start of the second race of the Cat Fight in The North Sea, on Friday, May 17th, 2019.
